Gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at check out.
The gift card is only valid on our webshop and can not be returned or exchanged for money. The gift card is valid for 3 years from the date of issue.
We ship worldwide and aim to process all orders within 1–5 business days. Delivery times vary by destination. Prices include local VAT for all EU countries. For international orders outside the EU, prices are shown without local taxes, and any customs duties or import fees must be paid by the customer. You’re welcome to return your order within 14 days of delivery, as long as items are unused and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
