RETURN POLICY

Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we accept returns or exchanges within 14 days from the date of delivery, provided that the items are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Please note that certain items, such as customized or special-order products, are non-refundable.

How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at shop@hellemardahl.com with your order number and the reason for the return or log-in to your account and request a return on the order.
  2. Pack the items securely in the original packaging and ship them back to us at:

Return Shipping Costs
The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made a mistake with your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We are not able to pick-up returns at a parcel shop. 

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 working days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
In case you’d like to return an order purchased as a ‘gift with a purchase’ campaign, the gift must also be returned. If the gift is not returned with the rest of the order, you will be deducted the price of the gift from your refund. 
If the shipment is not picked up or the recipient refuses to accept the parcel and it is therefore sent back to Helle Mardahl Studio, we allow ourselves the right to deduct the return costs from their refund.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different color, size, or style you'll have to return your order, getting a refund and place a new order. You are always welcome to contact us for any questions about exchanges: shop@hellemardahl.com
